Available in English and French, Strategic Planning Made Simple is an approach to planning that aims at an on-going transformation and renewal of life for individuals, institutions, and broader society. It also seeks to make planning simple, realistic and fun. The approach is simple in the sense that the planning process allows the planner to maintain focus on the big picture of purpose. It is realistic because the goals are sensitive to available capacity and resources.

There are three parts to this New Life Strategic Planning process: (a) Assessment, (b) Details of the strategic plan and (c) the Presentation of a “reader friendly” and practically challenging plan in an attractive format.
